Kegels
I have been doing Kegels for more than 6 years now. But currently I am using a pregnancy Kegel Trainer that has levels. At first all was good but now in my second trimester, I have trouble actually tightening my muscles. What could be the cause. I can't squeeze them past 5 seconds and Even the squeeze I manage doesn't give me a good grip. This is my first pregnancy. Could it be that my Kegel muscles are also relaxing like my pelvic muscles? Is this why pregnant women pee on themselves sometimes? How do I improve my grip. I do kegels to ease labour later but am beginning to worry that am failing at this exercise. Do I still get STH out of doing kegels with my now weaker muscles? Ps. Before, I had a strong squeeze. And I actually know how to do them but now it is like my body isn't doing what my brain knows to do.
