Will giving birth change the tightness in my vagina?

I feel so shallow for even worrying about this. I’m 8 weeks pregnant and very nervous about giving birth. Does sex feel different after having a baby vaginally? Will my vagina lose some of its elasticity? I asked the doctor and she said it wouldn’t be much different but I still worry.

No, it doesn't change anything. At least it shouldn't if you wait the appropriate time after delivering to have sex again. The vaginal muscles are incredibly resilient and flexible. As long as you wait the recommended 6-8 weeks after delivery before having sex again, get stitched up properly if you needed it, you should be fine.
