Weird question.

Am

I don't know how to actually ask the question without it getting confusing. But have anyone ever found out they were pregnant, roughly guessing 4-6 weeks. Then had the ultrasound and been weeks farther along than what you thought?

When I took my test and went to.the doctor I had my blood drawn. They said "your test came back positive, very positive." I was 5 weeks. Then I went to my obgyn and during my first visit I had a pap done, the doctor as he is checking my cervix and stuff says "man you're really growing". This was at 5weeks 1 day.

My December period was late and light so I'm wondering if there is a chance I could be farther along than what I'm assuming. Now before everyone says you can't have a period of whatever I had a friend who found out she was pregnant went to the doctor and had an ultrasound just to find out she was 19 weeks. I started feeling sick and crampy way back in December around the 12th-ish and that's when my period was supposed to start. And it did a few days later but again it was late and light. But the sickness and uncomfortable pain/cramps never really stopped. My size 22 jeans stopped fitting in the first of December and now my size 24 doesn't fit a month later. (Even after dieting for a month). So now I'm just wondering if there is maybe a slight possibility of me being farther along than what the doctor and I are guessing.

I go for my first ultrasound February 7th.
