Is it okay to sleep with a tampon in . I set my alarm for every 4-6 hours when I fall asleep and change it so I won’t keep the same one in over night .

Yes, as long as you’re changing your tampons every 4-6 hours there’s no issue. I’ve slept longer with one in and never had a problem.

The time is what matters, not whether you’re asleep/awake. As long as you’re able to change it before it hits the 8 hr mark (or you bleed through!) and you TRUST yourself to get up and change it when you need to, there’s no reason not to. I’ve slept in tampons before, when I know I have less than 8 hrs before I have to get up and leave, but I don’t do it regularly because I’m such a heavy sleeper that I just don’t trust myself haha.
