Stick with regular coffee, NOT decaf, the acids they use to decaffeinate coffee are worse for you, pregnant or not.  You shout limit your caffeine intake to 1 cup a day 🥰 congratulations on your pregnancy

I just limit the amount I have. I drank about a cup a day before and now I just try and drink a cup or less! And personally, I don’t drink it everyday. 
But don’t let anyone but YOUR doctor tell you what you can and can’t drink! 😊

I do, just not everyday. Or even close to every day, maybe once or twice a week. My ob says just no more than 24 oz a day.
