5w6d and right side groin pain?

Hi ladies! I'm still pretty early in 1st tri and last night I had some dull lower abdomen cramping and an aching pain in my right inside groin area... any ideas or anyone else this might be happening too? 1st pregnancy and the anxiety over every cramp, pull, or tweak on my body is putting me through the roof lol.

Possibly round ligament pain they are basically two ligaments that attach bilaterally (on both sides) from your uterus to pelvis as the uterus expands and strech so do these ligaments sometine resulting in pain as long as the pain isnt too severe you should be fine but if youre uncomfortable with the intensity contact your Doc. (Im not a medical professional just med student)

I had the same. I’m 6 weeks today. I was completely stressed because I just had a miscarriage but it went away. They told me it’s round ligament pain. So I’m guessing that’s what you’re having since your round ligaments are close to your hips.
