Not feeling very optimistic :(
I had a first US last week when I should have been 7w2d. The scan only showed a gestational sac measuring 5w5d, no yolk sac or fetal pole:( my doc said it does not look encouraging, but sending me for a follow up US this week on Thursday. I’m pretty certain my dates were all accurate. I am feeling so sad, was really getting excited for our baby #2. Is anyone else going through the same thing?
