Weight loss progression
I got up to 144 I’m 5”6 . I was super depressed so latley I’ve been dieting trying to keep under 1500 calories a day I cut pop out . I still will have a coffee in the morning and sometimes instead of coffee I’ll drink half of a monster but that’s it . I’ve lost 10 lbs I’m now around 132-134. I want to get down to 125 . It’s definitely hard but I wanted to share my progress with you. You might not be able to tell but I guess I can because I’m living in my body lol.
