I say go for it BUT make sure you plan ahead and know where all the hospitals are nearby.  Also only drink bottle water. Give yourself some rest time too and don't push yourself too hard.

Sounds like a huge waste of money while pregnant but to each their own! I’m dying for a vacation but would prefer to enjoy drinking on it, enjoying whatever foods, having a body that isn’t bloating with a beach ball in it, not worrying about the plane ride, and what I can or cannot do while pregnant. Therefore the vacation will wait until baby comes and MIL can watch baby!

Do it!!! But wear bug spray allllll the time (hubby too) and just in case know where a hospital is- have your birth plan and any medical stuff written down.

I’m assuming you’ll be on a main island in which case it’s fine. If you’re going to a more rural island I’m not sure I would. Know someone who had a stroke while in Eleuthera and it took an hour for help to get to them and he still had to get to a main island!
