So I went online to look at the amount of vitamins. Is this synthetic or organic? I had a friend who’s husband had a low sperm count and they used vitamin c, e and a multi. She did have him take zinc too until she read that can actually be detrimental. When we were having a hard time getting pregnant, we did vitamin c, e and a multivitamin. These actually look like they may work as long as their natural and not synthetic
