We got our BFP! But help—now I have the flu!! I’m scared!!

After 6 months and 2 CPs, we got our BFP yesterday! And then...I got sick! Fever’s been around 100-101, and I’ve been having brown sticky cm! After 2 CPs, I’m worried I might lose my little bean! Please ease my mind!!
