So my mom and grandma decided they wanted to be in charge of putting on my baby shower. My mom was supposed to have the banks community room booked months ago but never did and now it’s full. So now they are all trying to find a spot but don’t want to pay that much, well shouldn’t have not waited so long 🤷🏽‍♀️ I’m about to just pay for a room myself somewhere. Anyways, my grandma has a friend who we could do it at a church, I’d rather stay out of the church environment (I’m not against religion I go to church sometimes, but I don’t like the idea of my baby shower being held at a church) and since they don’t want to pay for that one I’m not having it at my moms daycare, of course on a Sunday when no kids are there but pisses me off. I’m always the one to do everything by myself so them throwing me this shower is stressing me out! Am I overreacting?

Also, when they plan on having this baby shower I will be 37 weeks pregnant, I feel like that is to close to my due date and I’m not going to be comfortable at all. I’m 35 weeks now and can barely move, my body is sore and much rather be at home in comfy pjs
