Anyone have a d&c?

I had my d&c Friday morning. It is not 3:38 Monday morning and holy mother of f*** I feel like I'm contracting. Im still dripping blood every time I pee. But not enough to fill a pad. Itll go from being brown to just drips of bright red every time I lean forward.

Every time I cramp it hurts so bad in my uterus to my butthole. Tmi I know, but I dont know how else to explain it is this normal?
