I’ve heard of women testing before their period is due and getting a strong positive for ovulation... something about a second surge before period

That's a strong positive. I would try for BD just to be sure.  Sometimes the body tries to ovulate a few times before it actually happens so this may be yours.

But my side is hurting I’m having cravings I had the dischargeAnd I did the pregnancy test it was negative then I did the ovulation test it gave me that and I was very surprised
