4 days late

I am now on my 4th day late and I’m still not getting a positive test. Starting to get a little discouraged. Had sex last night and it hurt up in my waist line around my ovaries and it made me bleed. Now I’m feeling a little crampy and have a little pink on my toilet paper when I wipe and I’m not entirely sure what to think about it. A little worried the sex triggered a late period but I’m not sure. Looking back on my app my periods come the same day in my cycle every month so I’m still hopeful I’m pregnant but with all the negative tests it’s hard to stay hopeful.
