When you tell someone you will pray for them (someone you know or a stranger), do you actually pray for them?

It literally takes a few seconds to say a quick prayer in your mind.  I always do it.

If I tell someone I am praying for them I try to take a few seconds to do it right then. I’m sure I do forget sometimes though.

I post a 🙏🏾 or a 💜 but I don’t pray in general. I burn up when I meet my mum in church! 🥵
