Looking for wisdom from more experienced moms-- I've been home with my 8 month LO & need to complete a 1 year full-time internship to graduate from my program. My original plan was to return when she is 13 months, but I've been questioning more and more if the adjustment for her might be easier if I went back when she is 25 months-- or would that just delay the inevitable/be more difficult if she was used to me home for longer? Any insight is appreciated because as a FTM, I'm not sure what things will be like at either age :)
