Yesterday I was 6 weeks 2 days. At 12:30pm, I had a sudden attack of painful cramps with light headedness. I knew something wasn’t right. I called my mom since DH was at work and she took me to ER. After a vaginal ultrasound and MRI the ER doc told me it was likely a ruptured ectopic pregnancy since there was so much fluid (blood) in my abdomen. There was no sign of baby in my uterus. It hurt too bad to even cry.

The on-call OBGYN came and told me I would have laparoscopic surgery and I most likely will loose that tube.

Finally at 9:30pm I went for surgery.

The good news was that it turned out to be an ovarian cyst that burst and was not an ectopic. But the bad news is that my HCG dropped from 1200 to 643. I’m loosing my baby. This will be my 3rd pregnancy with zero births. We’ve been TTC on/off for last 7 years. I had a chemical pregnancy in 2011. First true miscarriage last August at around 9 weeks and now this one at 6 weeks. I’m so heartbroken!
