Red spot on babies lip !?

Hi! This red spot popped up on my daughter's lip I just noticed it, should I be concerned she's 3 months old. It just scares me with how bad the hsv 1 virus has been in babies lately! She hasn't been sick.

My daughter gets little spots like that sometimes.. they always go away in a few days. I think it may be where she accidently scratches herself.
