1 month old circumcision

I’m wondering if anyone’s baby had swelling around the head of their penis after 1 month. He was circumcised 1 day after birth & the incision healed within a week, but today while changing his diaper I noticed the skin around the head was swollen. It isn’t red & it isn’t bleeding, but puffed up. Should I take him to the ER or is it okay to wait for his appointment next week?
