How long did it take for your body to go back to normal after birth control pill?

I was on the pill for 7 years and stopped it in April 2018. Didn’t get a period til September 2018. Always had a normal cycle on the pill, it’s just now becoming normal again

Mine seemed normal right away after 13 years on the pill. 32 day cycles, ovulating cd 15 or 18. Periods stayed short and light just like on the pill. 14 mo ttc #1 though and no bfp

Mine was never normal before so when I stopped I went right to my obgyn and said okay we both know off this pill I’m not going to have a period but once every 3 or 4 months If I’m lucky so what can we do. So right now we’re in the process of trying to get me regular or to ovulate to become pregnant.
