How early did you start to experience Braxton Hicks? I think I am experiencing them but I am not sure as I am a first time mom.

Tonight I had very bad pelvic pain on my left side that started out of no where and it would be manageable just a little uncomfortable. The pain would get worse and my lower abdomen would squeeze tight for about 5-10 minutes, and then it would stop and it would be dull pain again. The pain stopped after about 5 seconds.

I experience this maybe twice a week, mostly at night when I am laying in bed on my right side. I am 16 weeks.
