My husband went for a seme analysis in October. We got a phone call a week later (after I had to phone) and they told him his results verbally and said they'd email them.

I've been requesting the results since the beginning of the month again as the Clomid was a failure and we want to go to a different clinic and we weren't happy with the results.

They do not answer their phones, they do not reply to emails. I've sent a message over Facebook giving them until the end of today to send them. Tomorrow I'm getting in my car and will demand them on the spot.

I worked for a surgeon and know first hand it's NOT that hard to get the report from the lab should they have lost them, and I know for a fact that I can request them to be sent to my husband (but he also emailed with no response).

So angry.

*That's exactly why we're requesting them, so we can go elsewhere. In my country you're allowed to send them over email, just due to the patient confidentiality act they're not allowed to be released to anyone other than the patient).

*Anne we've resorted to Facebook because they're ignoring our emails and they're not answering their phones. That's the last resort before having to take time off work to go there. It's a proper medical facility in a prestigious area, with an internationally accredited laboratory so it's definitely 100% legit, but their patient service is clearly very terrible which is why we're looking to go elsewhere.
