Hey everyone - welcome to a group I’ve made to identify and support the gluten free lifestyle . After a consultation with a chiropractor and having multiple ailments he suggested going gluten free and today I’m six days in and have massive differences . I have psoriasis which is well controlled now and not so fiery - after doing some research it identifies that gluten could be responsible for unknown fertility issues , both my partner and I have kids but just not together lol xxx please share recipient or advice anything is welcome xxx
