After ur peak opk when do u confirm u ovulated via temping?? I hear it can be up to 48 hrs post peak opk

Confirmation occurs when you have a temp increase of at least .4F (.2C) for 3 consecutive days after suspected ovulation. This can start up to 2 days after a positive opk (the day after a positive opk is usually ovulation day so the temp still won’t be elevated, the day after that 1dpo, you should see your first temp increase)
