When did your pregnancy start to feel real ?

I’ll be 13 weeks on Thursday and it just doesn’t feel real, I’ve seen the ultrasound & heart beat and I cry every time but still it just doesn’t feel real like I’m actually going to be a mom, which might be bc I’m having so much anxiety about something possibly going wrong it’s just crazy bc I honestly forget I’m pregnant then I’m like “oh yeah” 😂

When you start feeling them move it adds a whole new level to the pregnancy. I started feeling my daughter at 17+3 and its crazy how fast she is getting stronger. I also think finding out gender and calling her by name has helped as well.

I think it was different levels of “real”
6w3d - heartbeat
9w3d - gummy bear that I could see move
12w3d - looks like a teeny human 
In between these appts I could feel movement!! Ah!!
18w - 3D ultrasound, a baby girl, moving like crazy
Then just as she got bigger and bigger and I could feel her. Almost “interact” with her in utero. 
Each stage was a bit more real

Felt pretty real when I pushed her out with no epidural 😭 other than that I was in awe and disbelief 😂😂

I'm 31 weeks and still cant believe it honestly. Ive had ultrasounds, heard the heart beat at every appt, feeling him move constantly and everything else that goes with pregnancy. This is our third baby and he was a complete surprise So I think thats why.

I think it happens in stages like someone else already mentioned.
I finally believed I was pregnant when I saw the little gummy bears on the screen around 8 weeks (I did IVF after years of trying so I knew from pretty early that I was pregnant but it was hard to believe). 
After the anatomy scans it also began to be more real when I found out the genders.
It finally hit randomly in the second trimester. I ran into the edge of the table with my belly and said "oh no! Sorry babies, mom didn't mean to hit you!" Then I froze and started crying because I just called myself mom and it hit me that this is really happening.

it never felt ‘real’ to me with either of my pregnancies till they were actually born. pregnancy was a surreal experience for me lol

I’m currently 26 weeks and it still doesn’t feel really real yet. I know she’s a girl, she kicks and moves a lot and will move to certain things (she responds to her daddy’s voice a lot) so she’s starting to feel more like a real person, but I’m still totally disconnected from her. It’s very weird isn’t it!
