Pregnant and ADHD?

Is anyone here pregnant while dealing with ADHD? I'm 5w6d and off my Adderall and I'm drowning without it! How do you focus? How do you get anything done? I feel like I'm bouncing off the walls and impulsively eating everything in sight..

I had the same problem during my pregnancy and going off my meds. My poor husband wanted to lock me in a room most days. I don’t have any advice but I just stopped by to say if I can do it you can do it! It’s seriously hard but I never really felt overly tired most of my pregnancy like most women do so that was a plus? Let me know if you figure anything out that helps. Good luck mama!

Yes I’m with you. I try to make lists and also try to manage the anxiety by tackling small tasks at time and just reminding myself that it will get done when I can. I also diffuse essential oils to help.

I started meditating once a day, eating more things I enjoy but in smaller portions. I try to have a quiet time and listen to music or do breathing exercises once a day as well for 15 minutes and I have now started bouncing my leg non stop and biting my gums again but those won’t kill me so that’s all I can do. Also I’m lucky enough to have a gym membership to a place with an indoor pool and I swim professionally so relaxing in the water and swimming really helps for the evening.
