I'm not allowing others to post pics of my child on social media...
I know some people will be butthurt over this because some people are huge social media "oversharers" but I am not one of those people.
I don't have a facebook, twitter, insta, etc. It's just not my thing.
Both of my sister in laws are huge social media oversharers and throughout my pregnancy it has already been a problem. I have had to tell them to please remove pictures from my baby shower from their pages. If I'm not posting a billion pics of it, why should anyone else? Call me old fashioned or weird but I didn't want my special day plastered all over the internet.
I know it's going to be a huge problem once the baby is here. I don't think it's fair to post pictures of her online. Once she is old enough, she can make the decision as to whether or not she wants her pictures plastered all over the internet or not.
Just needed to vent my frustrations for the upcoming problems this will cause throughout the years. I know my opinion is not the popular one, but is there anyone out there that is or has been in the same boat as me with this? I would love to hear your stories and how you are, or plan on, handling it.
