Ok ladies, I have a question..

It’s been a little over 4 weeks since my miscarriage and yesterday I noticed I was cramping so I figured AF was on her way but when I went to the bathroom I noticed EWCM and then the cramping went away but I am cramping again today with more EWCM (enough to make my panties wet) is it normal to have period like cramps when ovulating??

I don’t remember ever having cramps like this without AF... And now I’m having pretty bad back pain!!!
