Sore after workout 7w 1d
Hello beauties. So I have been kickboxing for almost 2 years. At my first on appt I talked it over with my dr and he said I can continue, to just listen to my body, slow down when needed, etc. Keep in mind, I am not sparring with someone. My workouts include Maui Thai pads, focus mitts, and then heavy bag, followed by two 3 min rounds of strength routines (push ups, planks, etc) I worked Maui Thai pads last night with a partner, did my strength routines (push ups and planks) and today I feel sore in my abdomen. I’m also sore in my shoulders and upper back but that doesn’t concern me. Do you think being sore is unsafe?! Thank you in advance!
