I feel like I put so much effort into my friends and they don’t do the same for me. I’m always checking on them and in my toughest times they don’t have the decency to text me. We got a new kid in our class and he is really nice and everything and of course I’m putting effort into making him feel comfortable at a new school. Somehow our moms know each other but me and him don’t I texted him after his first day of school and we talked a bit but he hasn’t ever texted me first shoukd I give up
