22 weeks, low fluid, concerning anatomy scan

I had my anatomy scan at 21 weeks 6 days. I’m 22 weeks 3 days now. I received a call today from Perinatology saying that there was a few concerning things on my anatomy scan and that I have to see the actual perinatologist in two weeks. They didn’t have my doctor call me, they had the receptionist call to schedule another appointment. She asked me if I knew what they wanted to see me regarding and I said no, so she said okay and set up the appointment, she didn’t tell me anything so I asked what the appointment would be for seeing as though I just had the anatomy scan and they told me that MY DOCTOR would call me if there was something wrong, she said “well here in the footnotes the specialist wrote that your fluid levels are low, baby’s stomach and spine are not measuring normally and they need a better look at his nose and mouth as well, I’m sure it’s nothing baby may have been in a weird position, we’ll see you in two weeks” I honestly am so worried, I don’t know if it would be out of line to contact my doctor and ask what’s going on? I had to hear footnotes from a receptionist and not really get a full understanding of what’s going on. I want to know wether baby’s spine and stomach are measuring ahead, behind, what?! I want to know what having “low fluid” means for the baby’s heath, and I just have many more questions. I can’t wait 2 weeks to know why I have to see the specialist. I also don’t want to pay for an appointment for my doctor to just blow me off. I’m confused. I guess I just needed to vent and to hear some advice please...
