Using your thermometer
Hi all,
Just wondering if you let your thermometer ‘warm up’ for ten mins on your mouth before you turn it on to take your reading? Or do you just put in your mouth and turn it on straight away?
I’m getting conflicting information on whether to do this and because I’m sleeping in an air conditioned room I’m not sure if my temps are accurate?
