Compare the temp to your previous temps and then your future temps. Only then will you know if it affected you

I don’t know for sure, but logically it would make sense that if your superficial temps went up that your core temp would go down in an attempt to cool yourself down in an attempt to maintain homeostasis? Does that make sense or am i being totally ridiculous? I did read that if you drink alcohol, even though you feel flushed it actually reduces your core temperature. If I can find the article I’ll try post it here.

No. BBT is your core temp. Blankets only effect your surface temp.

I just tried to find the article and it state the temperature in the room could effect your bbt but it didn’t say anything about being under the covers. Hope that helps
