Anyone else experience really bad stomach cramps followed by diarrhea during the second trimester !?

TMI post but please assure me I’m not alone !

The last two days I’ve had really bad gas pains, and stomach cramps like gut rot and then multiple emergency trips to the bathroom. I haven’t changed my diet, I barely eat out and I don’t have any flu like symptoms! I’ve tried to stay hydrated as well but holy!!!!!! This is the most painful diarrhea experience ever in my life!!!
