Formula and solids??

Question

Just wondering how many formula bottles your baby would eat when they were eating solids too. Like do they drink less or stay the same?? Also how much food actual foods do you give them like once a day and so on? Like do you give them a bottle plus food or one or the other? Idk if that makes much sense lol

You keep giving them the same amount of formula or breastmilk. Always give their milk first and then 30-60 minutes later give solids. Their main source of nutrition is formula or breastmilk until 12 months. 
At first they will only eat a few spoonfuls once a day. You can gradually increase from there 😊

Keep the milk the same solid at the start is just like a taster getting them used to eating, baby will gradually drop a feeds themselves when they get bigger 10-12months.. portion size is easy the palm of there hand is how much food they need. I got told by who specialises in weaning.. 😊

My boy eats 3 meals a day and snack before bed. Total of 24-26 ounces of formula with 3 “meals” of solids

They will drink slightly less milk. But since milk is still their main food, they still need alot of it.
