How are you preparing your body for pregnancy?

Though I haven’t visited a doctor just yet, I’ve been told by numerous family members to prepare my body for pregnancy by “getting healthy.” I’m not pregnant yet but would love to see a BFP sometime this year! (TTC #1)

For me, I’m trying to cut back caffeine by replacing my coffee with green smoothies, not skipping any meals, taking prenatal vitamins, getting some exercise in, and drinking more water.

What are some things you’ve been doing/plan on doing to help prepare your body for pregnancy?
