Intrusive thoughts
I just feel alone in this I don’t really know who to talk to about this my anxiety seems to be getting worse almost like I have ocd about everything and I’m not saying that lightly who should I tell about this should I go to counseling? It’s currently 3:55am and I can’t go to sleep over my anxiety about having nightmares (having a lot lately )
Just need some advice don’t really no what to do
