Bringing baby to daycare for first time

My baby is 4 months old and I’ll be bringing him to daycare in a few days. He doesn’t know the women at all. He’s at the point he knows when someone he isn’t familiar with is holding him and screams. Will he get over this? I know at some point he will but just hurts me to know I have to leave him when he will be scared. How did you get through this? Was it hard for them? I’m scared and feel so bad
