I just dropped feedings really gradually until we were down to one at night. Once we dropped that one too, it took me about a week to finally dry up completely.

I dont have any tips other than avoid any sort of nipple stimulation. I quit nursing almost 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t dried up yet. I read somewhere that it could take weeks to months to completely stop producing.
