Energy to workout
What are some tips, and secrets and ways about your abilities to workout. I hate my body, talk down on it and am depressed because my LO is now 4 months and I'm still rocking m.y sagging tummy.
I never have the energy to workout. How do you? What do u tell your mind to actually do it?
I don't feel like myself, It's almost like my depression keeps me from doing it.... Its a full circle ..
