Whenever boyfriend gets mad (not at me), he blocks me out of his life for that time he is mad, is this okay?

like last night he dropped me off home & I always tell him to drive safe & to not drive around mad bc accidents can happen & to let me know when he gets home. 
He told me he turned off his phone bc he didn’t wanted to be bugged by no one bc he was mad. It was a whole hour that he “drove around”. I’m hurt bc he wasn’t even mad at me & I would think as his gf he can talk to me about his issues or whatever instead he blocked me out.

Nope that is not okay! He needs to grow up! If he’s upset either with your or something else he needs to communicate because that is sure way of losing someone you care about! If he keeps it up girl you need to leave! He needs to change or leave your life cause you deserve better

I wouldn’t consider that blocking you out of his life. He’s taking time away from you to cool off, there’s nothing wrong with that as long as the issues get addressed at some point

Maybe he’s the type of person who needs to be alone when they are upset. Everyone is different and we all cope with things in different ways. I don’t think he’s necessarily trying to block you out. Maybe he doesn’t want to say something to upset you and then both of you are mad. I suggest talking to him. But don’t do it while he’s upset about something.
