Advice please worrying for no reason ???

I have my gender scan tomorrow morning, I heard heartbeat on Monday everything is fine, 158 bpm... I’m just worrier I don’t know why??? I had no complications with my first at all and every scan Iv had all is good

Hahaha I’m like that too I worry so much about this second pregnancy for some reason even though everything has been fine this far I always worry before appointments because I think what if something isn’t right or what if they check and nothing is there my mind goes worst case scenario don’t know what but try and tell myself to calm down haha

I’m constantly worrying too 😫 I always stress before my appointments but even after having a perfect ultrasound/Doppler apt it only brings me peace for that day & the next day I’m back at it!! Wish I knew how to calm my mind & just enjoy this little miracle
