Failed my 1 hour glucose test
So I got the call today and they said my levels were too high😭 They said I have to follow a certain diet for a few days & until the night before of my 3 hour test, then fast again until the next day. I'm worried I'm gonna get sick or pass out🤦🏻♀️ For the one hour test I felt fine until about the last 5 minutes, and then I started feeling lightheaded. Any advice on how to make the experience not as bad?😩
