Too soon to celebrate V Day?

I’ve been seeing this guy for a little over a month, it’s going really well! Valentine’s Day is right around the corner and I’m not sure how to go about it. I feel like it’s too soon to celebrate since we haven’t talked about where our relationship is going yet but I also think it’d be weird to not be together. Neither of us have brought it up yet (it probably hasn’t even crossed his mind lol).

Have any of you had this experience and if so how did you handle it?
