What could be causing these wrist problems?
Over the past month or so, both of my wrists have been in tremendous pain. The keep locking up, popping really hard, and just hurting. I have never injured them. I have not done anything out of the norm to cause this. The only think I can think is that it has been extremely cold here. Even then, I have never had this happen during previous winters. Anyone have any ideas?
