Swollen feet???

anyone else dealing with this any cures?!? I woke up yesterday and they were so swollen I couldn’t put shoes on they stayed swollen all day and by evening my legs were swollen too!!! I had a doc apt yesterday and showed her she said it’s completely normal! :(

I can’t wear tennis shoes at work where I am on my feet all day. (Teacher) so my doctor wrote me a note so that I can wear tennis shoes!

I was pregnant in the summer with my first and my feet would swell so bad with the combination of pregnancy and heat (I also ended up with preeclampsia, which added to the swelling). I would lay down with my feet slightly elevated above my heart. That’s what my doctor suggested. It helped reduce the swelling some.

Yeah, it's a normal part of pregnancy but sudden swelling can be a bad sign. I'd trust the doctor unless your gut is screaming something else. I put my feet up when they swell - but I'll be honest I don't have this issue much. Didn't get it until the last two weeks with my first pregnancy either.

Omg seriously same! I legit almost cried last night because I am so frustrated with the swelling. I literally try and elevate my feet anytime I’ll be sitting for a while. It’s gone down some overnight but they are still swollen. Same with my hands and face somewhat. I’m getting really frustrated. I was at the dr Thursday and they were just like yeah that’s normal but we will test your pee for protein...none. Still 😫

I've loosened the laces on my boots at least three times so far. My hands are even not annoying though, in the morning it hurts to try to close them!
I asked the midwife and she said it's completely normal, but to call if I get any swelling in my face (I haven't).
