WE NEVER SIGNED A LEASE!!!!!

i moved in oct paid rent and deposit shortly after i lost my job but continued to pay little by little 400. 200 etc my landlord would always cause i scene now i have no way at all to pay anymore and i need and i want to move out but she says i can move out with out payibg what i owe problem is if i stay i will owe more... she lives in the building so i cant move out with out her knowing. . she comes to my door yelling calling me names harassing me and opens my door and walks in w.e she feels like it since she has the key the other day i was sleeping and she woke me up...

QUESTION WHAT SHOULD I DO.

WHAT ARE MY RIGHTS.
