Weird stomach pains

Ok so I’ve been having these weird stomach pains for like the past two days that I’ve never experienced before. The pain comes in waves - and it hurts all over my stomach. I would say like every twenty seconds pain will come and my whole stomach will just hurt. Sometimes it’s so bad I just have to hold my breath. And then the pain will decrease and then come back, you get the idea. I have sometimes noticed it gets better after I eat but it just ends up coming back. I was sick this past week, with a runny nose, sore throat, and headache, but all that is gone now but my stomachache has stayed. I am not pregnant and not around my period time. Any help would be appreciated PLEASE
