Period a no show still

Period five days late. Took two pregnancy test, one thursday and one Friday morning both came back negative. For two days been feeling slight cramp and pressure on my left side like my period is coming. Keep feeling wet which makes me think my period came but every time I check it’s just a lot of discharge. Last night the pressure was added with me getting the need to pee and I thought for sure my period would have come this morning but nothing. Has this happened to anyone?
